1. Delivery Areas & Partners
- Nationwide Delivery: We offer shipping to all locations within South Africa.
- Courier Partner: All Scente orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Our standard delivery window is 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is processed.
- Please note: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse by the courier company, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
4. High-Risk Areas & PUDO Deliveries
The safety of our delivery partners and your luxury purchase is a priority.
- In instances where a delivery address is located in an area deemed high-risk or dangerous by the courier company, we reserve the right to divert the delivery.
- In these cases, your parcel will be delivered to the closest PUDO locker to your specified address.
- You will be notified via the contact details provided at checkout with the locker location and pick-up instructions.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are 100% accurate. Scente cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
