Inspired fragrances are original perfumes crafted to share the scent character of popular designer fragrances. They are not counterfeit products — each Scente fragrance is an independently manufactured original sold legally as an inspired alternative.

Both. Your physical stock is yours to sell face-to-face for immediate cash. You also receive a personal shop link to share on WhatsApp. When a customer orders online, you fulfil the delivery yourself. Scente steps in only when you're genuinely unavailable.

Commission payouts run on the 15th of each month for the prior month's team activity. Payments go to your verified South African bank account. Retail profit from cash sales is yours immediately.

To earn team commissions each month you need a minimum personal order: 5 bottles for Distributors, 20 for Leaders, and 50 for Executives. Missing a month won't close your account — you simply won't earn team commissions that month.

Check your IBO portal for the waybill number and track via the courier's website. If there's no update after 3 business days from dispatch, contact us with your order reference number and we'll investigate.

Yes — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Simply stop ordering and your account becomes inactive. Any approved commissions will still pay out on the next scheduled date. Email hello@scente.co.za if you'd like your account formally closed.
